You ask that every player plays to the best of their ability. When a player can consistently perform at that level, they become a predictable and valuable asset to the team. Jordan’s defensive skills are concise and effective and always available. Having him in center/backfield positions gives the team a sense of confidence knowing that if Jordan gets to the ball, the opponents won’t be scoring on that drive. His dribbling and shooting skills are consistently improving and he is a great asset to the team.
